2. What this site is

This site describes Greenling, an app published by Caspet SRL. The site itself sells nothing, takes no payment, runs no advertising, hosts no user accounts and publishes no user generated content. There is no ordering process here: the app is free to install, and its optional subscription is sold inside the app by Apple or Google under their own terms, not on this site. Terms for using the site and the app are on the Terms of Use page, and data handling is on the Privacy Policy page.

The text, the design, the logo, the tree artwork and the code of this site and of the Greenling app are protected by copyright under Legea nr. 8/1996 and international copyright law. The app screenshots on this site show the Greenling app and are ours. Quoting and linking with attribution is welcome. Wholesale copying of the design or the copy is not.

5. Trademarks

Greenling and the Greenling logo are marks used by the publisher named above.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play, Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Those names appear on this site only to identify the platforms for which the app is being prepared. Neither company sponsors, endorses, reviews or is otherwise associated with Greenling.

6. Third-party code and fonts

This site loads no third-party libraries, no font services and no external assets. The interactive tree preview uses renders from the app and plain JavaScript, the type is whatever your own device provides, and every file the page requests comes from this domain. That is a design choice with a privacy consequence: no other company learns that you were here.

7. Accuracy

The app is in development, and what this site describes is what is being built. Screens, numbers and features shown here may differ from any released version. The figures in the examples on the home page are illustrations, not results anyone achieved. We keep the site accurate as the build changes, but we do not promise it is correct at every moment.

8. Links out

Where this site links to another site, that site is not under our control and we take no responsibility for its content. The links were reasonable when added.

9. Reporting a problem

If something on this site is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or should not be here, write to tibastefan321@gmail.com with enough detail to find it. We will look at it and, where the complaint is justified, correct or remove it promptly.
